
SAFETY
Safety comes first, always. We make sure every ride is secure and comfortable so you can enjoy the journey without worry. Our routes are chosen carefully to protect both passengers and nature—like the sandy trails, turtle nests, and coastal areas full of marine life. We ride with respect for the island and everything that lives on it.
We reserve the right of admission and the right to refuse service to anyone for safety or policy reasons.
Requirements

The minimum age to participate is 8+ years old (must be accompanied by a parent/guardian). Please ensure that Your child is comfortable with the noise levels of the Canam and any accompanying music during the ride.

All participants must sign a release form before the ride begins (parents/guardians must sign the form for their minors).

We are not responsible for personal belongings left unattended during and after the ride.​

We are not responsible for any vehicles left parked during the ride.


Safety Gear Guidelines

If your sensitive to sound, we recommend bringing ear plugs for a more comfortable ride.

Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes for your comfort and safety.

Sunglasses are recommended to protect your eyes from dust and wind.

We recommend bringing a poncho or suitable outerwear, as weather conditions may change unexpectedly during the ride.
Safety Procedures

Keep your seatbelt buckled at all times

Smoking is strictly prohibited during the ride to ensure saftey.

Always keep your head and limbs inside the vehicle.

For safety reasons, eating and drinking are not permitted during the ride.

Avoid loud noises or distracting behavior during the ride to help the driver stay focused at all times.

​In case of any concerns during the ride or before, notify the driver immediately so they can respond appropiately and ensure your safety.

Environmental Respect

Our drivers must strictly follow the assigned routes to protect local ecosystems (route changes or extended stops are not permitted.)

Please do not litter. Keep all trash with you until you can dispose of it properly.

To respect local surroundings and law enforcement, passenger may not request an increase in music volume during the ride.
