All bookings are final. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or same-day cancellations.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must contact us at least 72 hours in advance.

Cancellations made with proper notice may be eligible for a reschedule or partial refund, depending on the situation.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule rides due to weather, safety, or operational reasons. In such cases, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
